In order to provide the freshest quality cakes possible, Love & Cheesecake's cakes are baked only after we receive your custom order. Cakes are shipped on priority within 24 hours. We cannot accept returns.
In the unlikely event your product is damaged during shipping, please do not accept the cake and contact us immediately on receiving the damaged cake for a replacement or refund. Send us a photo of the damaged box and damaged product to +91 9819935135.

NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake.
